The day after purchasing I requested a refund from Enavato. Three weeks later, their conclusion is to contact you directly, as there has been "no reply from BeTheme". I am therefore contacting you directly to request a refund.

No notification of this reply was sent to me. I was not aware you had replied. BTW, in the email I have just received, the first one, the customer service person wrote "we don't understand why you're lying about not receiving a single reply". Is this the wording you use in communication with a client?
I do not handle refunds, and I do not handle the mailbox, as there is another person in charge of it.
Please continue through the mail, as my hands are tied in this situation.
