Be Theme Attributes Widget not working correctly
I have a WooCommerce set up, and I use the Legacy Widget - Be Shop Attributes to create a menu on the side of my shop page. It looks okay but when I filter the product by e.g. book format, it shows 4 columns instead of 3 and there is no infinite scroll meaning I can only see the first 12 items.
What do I do?
Thanks

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
Please look at https://wrightlangham.wpenginepowered.com/resource-category/books/
Select a filter on the left and you'll see the issue.
Thanks
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I have sent you a WP Admin login to access the site. I don't have FTP info but can get that to you if required.
Thanks
It was caused by the theme option being set. The product layout was set to three columns.
I have changed that to four columns, and now it works properly.
We will take a look at this issue, and correct the setting that the filters will take the settings from template, not theme options.
Best regards
Thanks for this. However, the page does not scroll to show the next items and there is no option for next/previous pages. Please help!!
I edited the theme options page to disable infinite load and that at least gives me page numbers but infinite load doesn't work for filters.
Also, if I select e.g. DVDs and Hardcover books it shows me items that are only in both matching products not either. This appears to be a SQL select AND and not OR issue.
Thanks
1) To correct that, we need your FTP access.
2) Indeed, our widget is set to AND, but there is no option to change it to OR. We have it on our to-do list, but I cannot tell when it will be implemented.
Best regards
Sorry for the delay in replying. I will send you the FTP info via your contact form now...
I received your message, and we are proceeding to fix this.

FYI, we have not answered yet because we are still working on it.
I will let you know when if I will have any updates about this matter.
Best regards
Many thanks
Hi. Any update on this? Thanks
It is a more complex issue, and we are still working on it.

We have made some adjustments on your website.
Please check it out now.

Hi there
I never received an email notifying me of this update hence the late reply. It still doesn't seem to be working. When I select several categories nothing shows as before
https://wrightlangham.wpenginepowered.com/resource-category/books/?filter_format=audiobook,cd,dvd&paged=1&orderby=date
This will be fixed in the upcoming update which we hope to release tomorrow.
Best regards
Many thanks - it seems to have worked!
