Stuck on "Content" when installing prebuilt template
I am contacting you to report an issue I am experiencing with the installation of a prebuilt website template using Betheme. The installation process consistently stalls at the "Content" section and fails to progress further, even after waiting for an extended period. This issue is hindering my ability to successfully install and utilize the desired template for my website.
I have already navigated to Betheme -> System Status and verified that my server meets all the theme requirements. Despite everything being configured correctly, the issue persists.
I have also visited the contact page at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and submitted my WordPress dashboard URL, username, password, and FTP access credentials through the contact form. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from your team.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

according to WordPress requirements, min version of PHP is 7.4 while yours is 7.3. Please upgrade PHP version first.

I shall upgrade PHP version first.
I had done upgrade PHP version and re-install Pre-build Website.
During install Pre-build website, there are an error POP up.
"An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations"

Please check the pre-built website to see if everything is imported correctly.
If you do not see any odd things then you should not be worried about that.
