Under Construction and other problems

Hello,

I'm working on a client's website that's under construction right now. I have a problem with the under construction mode: every time I disable it in the BeTheme option to see how the website works I have to purge the page cache otherwise I continue to see the website under construction.

I did a health check of the site and all the parameters are correct except for "PHP Time Limit" as you can see from the screenshot.

I've a second problem with the mobile size heading of the page "Tatuaggi-la mia filosofia": I need to resize it for mobile display but it doesn't work. In the screenshot IMG_1926 you can see the word "RACCONTANO" splitted even if I resized in Typography part of the "Column" element.

Problem number 3: sometimes, I don't know why, the changes I make work and, sometimes, they don't, as you can see in this second screen attached (RACCONTANO is not splitted as I need).

I'll send you the wordpress dashboard access privately.

Thanks for your support :)

  • Hi,

1, 3) Cache is not related to Betheme. You must have a caching plugin or tool active on your server.

    2) Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Thanks

  • HI,

we have already privately sent you temporary access to the dashboard :)

    It's enough?

If you want, I'll disable under construction mode (I thought it was enough to send the access).

    Thanks

  • I did not receive your private message before, but I got it now.

To increase the logo size, you must switch to the default header style on mobile:

(Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header)

There is no setting to control its size, but you can upload appropiate dimensions in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General.

    Best regards

  • Hi!

I'm sorry but I think there was a big mistake! I didnt have any problem with logo :)

Wheh I wrote "heading of the page" I meant the title of the page (this is why I wrote about the word "RACCONTANO"): I need to resize this title size in the mobile version but I can not make it even if I resized in Typography part of the "Column" element.

Problem no. 3 remains: sometimes, I don't know why, the changes I make work and, sometimes, they don't.

    Thanks

  • 2) Sorry for the misunderstanding. Changing the style does not work because you placed the heading in the Column text element. Styles in that element work only for regular text, not headings. Headings take their styles from theme options. If you want to control the font size within the element, you must use the Heading element instead.

    3) This is a cache problem, as I mentioned before. Disable all caching tools for your website.

    Best regards

  • Thank you very much! Now it works very well!

    :-)
