I'm stuck on the loading screen whenever i try to use the Bebuilder

Hello,

I'm having trouble launching Bebuilder on my website. No matter which page I try to edit, the builder gets stuck on the "loading builder..." screen.

I haven't installed and modified any plugins since the last time that the builder worked properly.

I updated all my plugins including WordPress itself, and Betheme after the problem.

I've also tried using different browsers (including incognito mode) without success.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

You sent an incomplete message because you did not attach FTP credentials.

Moreover, the WP user you sent does not have admin rights.
