BeBuilder page editor is acting weird

please disable ALL 3rd party plugins (including ANY caches on theme, server, CF side) as it's the most likely reason of such weird problems.
ive tried disabling all plugins but didn't have any luck, purged all caches as well but still no luck? is there anything else you recommend i can try?
In such case, please remove ALL theme files and install them once again. However, before removing theme and installing a new one, ALL 3rd party plugins have to be disabled.
would i lose all my work when it comes to templates if i do that?
If theme files have not been modified, you won't lose anything as all content/settings/etc are stored in database and not files.
is it as simple as deleting one of these folders?
Yes, but you can also do it through Appearance -> Themes, but first, you must switch to another theme.

im not sure what ive done to cause it but it looks like its only doing it in google chrome on this one computer, when using Microsoft edge on the same computer the issue goes away, its strange that it doesn't happen to any of the other website i manage, just this one
fixed! after all that it was a really really simple fix, CTRL+F5 force reloaded the page and has fixed it! thank you for your time and effort trying to help me, i really appreciate it
