Sorry but there is nothing i can do in such case. I have no idea what files you've modified. you may contact your admin/hosting provider and ask if they see which files have been modified.
I haven't modified any of the files This is the piece where I realised as soon as I started importing this element that the images were going to be intercepted, and I haven't made any changes to this piece
I was told by server support that this should be supported by you.
Albert asked if you modified theme files, and you answered "Yes", so Albert explained that we do not provide help with file customization (you can read about it in the documentation).
I did change the size of the slider's image earlier, but I updated the theme later and everything went back to the original, and I haven't changed the image size of any file inside the theme since.
But what I changed also had nothing to do with the preview image for the news, when I created it I already noticed that it was cropped incomplete
What I'm trying to say is that you help me solve the problem of the image being cropped to now, please center it around the core issue we're discussing “”“”” Getting the thumbnail to show up intact and not cropped” ““””

I changed it in the theme file.
Hi,
I am sorry but I don't understand what you're asking for. Let me understand it better.
Did you modified theme files and now you don't remember which file you have modified?
Yes

Sorry, but I am baffled.

Now you say that you did not modify the files.
Please explain your problem as much as you can.
Thanks

So, it wasn't my modifications that affected it.
If you make changes in the main theme files, then they will be erased with the update.
If you want to make modifications, you must use a child theme:

Images in Slider have pre-defined image sizes.
If you want to use images with actual sizes, use Query Loop:
