Problems with Template 404 Error

I'm currently having issues building a sidebar template for a client's website.
As I try to create a new template I'm getting the 404 Error, and although I have tried previous solutions such as resaving the permalinks, clearing the cache, turning off plugins etc. I am still getting the 404 error.
Sometimes a previous attempt does display in the template list, but it always has the condition of "n/a" (instead of "Entire Site") - attempting to edit these previous attempts does allow me in to edit them, but when I press the "update" button, it never displays the "add condition" pop-up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Sidebars do not have conditions. They are assigned to the menu burger element.

That's fair, but I'm still unable to create/edit a sidebar due to the 404 error...
And now, if I go to edit Sidebar 2 in BeBuilder, it opens up empty, like it hasn't saved.
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

As stated in the original post, I've tried that solution and the problem persists. Also, I don't use a child theme.
It's very strange as although I have encountered the problem before on previous BeTheme sites I have created, the problem usually goes away, only this time it hasn't.
