Styling does not appear on mobile

Hey,

we've been having huge issues with one of our projects. Every styling we do does not appear on mobile phones. It works when we change the content but every styling we do is only visible on PC or in developer mode on our desktop.

We have been trying to fix it and deleted things and built them again but it seems to be a problem with the theme or something. Deactivating plugins did not do anything.
