I'm facing the login issue i have the correct purchase key and username, but they showed me an error

(The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.)

1) Where did you get the Bethem package from?

The theme registration field should not look this way:

A couple of first characters should be visible like here:

What shows on your dashboard indicates that you got the package from an illegal source. You should download the theme package from Themeforest, replace the currently installed one, and register your license then.

2) It is the same case as in the following topic:

I activated another theme and posts do not update with it either, which means that is is not a Betheme related issue.
