when you select from end of text to begin of it the error occured. i test it on two different device. i think the element has error and bug by google chrome
i tested at chrome. firefox is ok
I checked it on my website for tests, and it works correctly. Only your website has this strange behavior.
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.
