images with long names are not displaying

I uploaded some photos and it was working all fine, after update the pictures stop showing up, on code the picture path is ok. If I open the picture path it open a simple pixel in the middle of the screen. If i reupload the picture with short name it works fine but if i rename to another long name, as it was, it wont show.
What could be the reason?

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, switch to another theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, and check if the same thing happens there.
