Is it possible to add such kind of underline to heading texts?

In our demos, when we want to achieve such an effect, we usually add a background image to the heading element.

Oh okay. I have a theme on a Shopify store where you can easily do it with CSS. You just underline the text and select the curved underline style. Maybe you can consider this for development.
