Issue with BeTheme showing incorrect sliders in WordPress Multisite
I have a WordPress multisite where I created the first website, https://vincobiosis.com/ (for Sweden, in Swedish and English, with multiple sliders—some in two languages using WPML, and others simply duplicated because I use Global Layers).
When I created the second website, https://vincobiosis.com/es/vincobiosis-acneic/ (for Spain, currently only in Spanish), and tried to include a Slider Revolution from within BeTheme (whether the individual site’s license is activated or not), I can only choose from the sliders created for the Swedish site. The dropdown menu in BeTheme for selecting Slider Revolution only shows the list of sliders from the Swedish site.
However, if I create a slider on the Swedish site and then upload it to the Spanish site, the Spanish version appears in the menu. I verified this because any changes I make to the Swedish slider don’t appear on the Spanish site, but changes to the Spanish slider are reflected correctly.
Here you have a video with the explanation… https://capture.dropbox.com/h3TpUNwXMsjVF3cH Hope you can understand the issue! And sorry, the correct slider name is Hero-Home ES-E, but it’s just an example, because the issue is with all sliders. The problem is from the Spanish back office in BeTheme page edition I just see the Sweden site sliders list.
Could you please help me?

Hey,
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.
Therefore, please ensure that the data you send are complete and correct.

Just sent!
The FTP does not have privilages to save files, and we need it to check the root of this problem.
Please correct that.
Thanks
The server belongs to the client. We've requested that change in permissions, but I don’t know how long it will take them to enable it. So far, what we've done is set up an environment and started uploading files instead of modifying them directly there... Anyway, as soon as I have any updates, I'll follow up on this ticket.
Thanks, Phil
So I am waiting for updates from you.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
The client says they have re-started the service and the information I sent it must work now to access the FTP. I've tried and it doesn't work for me. I still just viewing the content and I can't modify anything.
Could you check it, please?
Server: vincobiosis.com
Protocol: FTP with SSL

Hope it works!!
Hi again Phil,
We have new data to access the FTP. I've just sent it to the usual link. Please, now you can go and test what's going on with the Slider Revolution.
Keep in touch,

Thank you Phil,
It works perfectly!
Can I delete your test creations, then?
Thanks again,
Yes, go ahead and delete them. As the issue is resolved, they will no longer be needed.
