Can't get a simple thumbnail to display on page
Hello,
I am trying to get a simple jpg thumbnail image to display on my BeTheme page via ACF post types and field groups.
I have watched the Muffin Group video on using ACF and have tried everything and it still will not display the small image on the preview or the published page.
I have about 20 fields - all text - except 2 - which are for images.
The type I am having troubles with:
Field Type is "image", and I am using this to attempt to display on a template page: {acf:vehicle_image}
On the return format I have tried all options - Image Array, URL, and ID - none of them will display the image - just the path of the image or it will stay blank.
The permissions on where to display seem fine to me - but it will not display the image.
I have searched everywhere and cannot figure out.
Please help.

Does anyone know of any other avenues for BeTheme support - any other forums?
I have been trying to get this to work for hours and really need some guidance.
Hi,
You wrote beyond our working time so we could not answer you.
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
So - why wouldn't you mention what hours your team IS available to offer support to paying customers - i.e. we are available from these times....
This is not the response (or support approach) I was expecting after paying $40 yesterday for "support" on your product.
You didn't even attempt to provide any support whatsoever.
Very disappointing.
We work from Monday to Friday and send answers thrice daily: at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM, and once on Saturday morning.
I did not answer your question because you did not attach a link to your website or screenshots showing your issue. Please send these so I can take a closer look at this because it is hard to base an answer on pure text.
Can you also tell me what offended you in my last message? I have no idea where your negative attitude comes from, and I want to know how to improve your and other customers' support experience.
Thanks
