Any Pre-Build Websites Using Templates?

Maybe I don't know enough to make this statement but from what I see, BeTheme team doesn't actually use templates/layouts to accomplish the variety of designs provided as example. I have installed a handful of prebuild websites and not once have I seen any use of templates and/or layouts.

Can you please provide examples of your team building with templates?

    Can you tell me what templates you refer to exactly? We have a bunch of template builders, and I am not sure what you need.

    Basically, most current pre-built websites are mostly based on templates, but not always, and not all of them.

    I am just looking for examples to learn "best practices". Can you give me the names of a couple pre-built websites that use "templates"? I am not sure how to organize all the pre-build websites by date to know whats new or old websites.

    Except for the three first pre-built websites, which are marked as Default, the rest are sorted from newest to oldest.

    For example, in Photography 4, you can find Blog Posts and Archive templates, Portfolio Single Projects, and Archive templates. In Craft Beer 3, there is Shop, Product, and Blog templates. In City Hall 2 there is Sidebar menu template, and in all I just mentioned we use Header and Footer Builder.
