We can't recommend you any server because this is very hard It's because of what admins usually do. The same theme may work for 100 users on one hosting but for one person it may not work because admin shared his server between too many users. Other servers may be not shared between so many people and all will be fine while for one person it won't work. That's why it is not possible to recommend any server. You should also know that we got a lot of users who use GoDaddy hosting without any problems.
Yes, we had but since last week the owner of this hosting does not respond to us and we have no idea what is his statement now. So if you saw this recommendation, you can try the same hosting as it's for free for 1 year.
Sorry but we do not understand what answer you expect. If you don't want to try other hosting, tell you current admin to increase the details you need and that's it. You must understand that we can't be responsible for unfair hosting companies.
Also if I install wamp locally, I should then be able to install demo sites locally correct? I can then use wp clone to deploy them to my online shared hosting What you think?

As we wrote before, we can't tell you recommend any hosting because we don't want to be responsible for any problems in the future - this decision belongs to you only. You can look at http://themeforest.net/get_hosting to see what hosting Envato recommend. Some of our customers use MediaTemple or DigitalOcean and all works good.

I know the css is to simply float left but I want to be sure I'm doing it right is there an option in the theme settings?
