Countdown does not work

Hi, I am having problems with the countdown element in BeBuilder. When I see the page live, the countdown is always at zero. I've already done troubleshooting as I see you suggested before in the forum (disable plugins, clear cache etc...) and it still doesn't work.

How can I solve this problem?

Hello, I solved the issue. The problem was because I was using BlankPage template instead of default. I was using the BlankPage template cause I need to hide the menu and the footer for that page where using the countdown. Is there another way to hide the menu and footer?

It can be hidden with a custom CSS code.

Put the following CSS code in the Page Options that contains this countdown:

header,
footer{
 display: none;
}
