CANNOT DEREGISTER THEME

Hi there

We accidentally loaded and licensed a TEST website domain 2 joburgbolt.co.za.dedi436.flk1.host-h.net and we need to deregister the betheme license here but we cannot do this, as we need to delete theme files first from the test domain

we do not have access to this test domain :( to delete theme files ... the correct domain now is www.joburgbolt.co.za - where we need to add in the license..

Please help :)

    Hi there - it is pointing from the same domain / database - so why is there a conflict with the license etc if it is in fact the exact same domain ???? just the string is different ...... please advise asap as we need to work on this website! Thank you.

    Hi Phil - I did get a reply from your expert, but the suggestion will not work :( we cannot deregister the theme - it will not allow me at all in any way like it used to.... see below. I am unable to deregister the subdomain..... this is why I am here asking for help.

    The theme files are also NOT on the original subdomain database so we cannot delete the theme files there also.... Something has gone wrong with betheme for this to happen as it should not have happened.... :( never had this issue before with deregistering licenses from themes I own....

    Hi there - I managed to delete the theme files from server and re-uploaded betheme and was able to deregister in between this once the theme was removed entirely.
