We cannot find popup with inserted ID
Hello, I created a popup with the popup builder then, following the instructions in the tutorial I created a link on an image but if I click on the image in question instead of opening the popup it gives me the error "We cannot find popup with inserted ID". I tried to follow the tutorial to open a popup from a link in the text and the problem is the same. Can you help me?

Hi,
Did you assign this popup to the Page Options or set its conditions for the entire website?
Best regards
Yes, it seems to me that everything is as it should be.
In reality, if it worked, I would have to assign different popups to different images on a single page, is this possible?
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact. We will check what might be the reason.

We seem to have found the root cause and corrected that, but it looks like you have some cache on your website, probably on the server.
Please purge the cache on your website and check if the problem persists.
Best regards
Good morning, I have installed, configured and activated the WP Fastest Cache plugin. The problem persists, can you help me solve it?
I'm sorry, but I did not ask to install a cache plugin but to purge the server cache. Installing a plugin will not be useful here.
Contact your hosting provider and ask to purge the server cache.
Best regards
Good morning, the provider says that there is no server-side cache.
That is weird, as the changes we made through FTP did not reflect the live website.
We will take a second look at this.
Best regards
We checked that and even a simple echo does not display on a website:
For this test, I disabled your cache plugin.
There must be something on the server. Please contact your hosting provider to double-check it.
Thanks
