Remote Things from Post Page

Hi,

im currently working on https://sv-sande.take-it.org

Every Post im on, I see these things. How can I remove the Objects marked red? I cannot find any kind of option to disable them.

Hello,

1) Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share, and uncheck Header arrows and Sticky arrows.

2) Head to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog, and set Related posts to zero.
