Custom header not displaying correctly

There appears to be an issue with the custom header not displaying correctly on the website.
This has been addressed previously, but the problem has resurfaced after you defined the issue that was related to classic editor.
Additionally, the custom header is not set by default for pages, which it requires me every time to manually select it in the page settings. The link provided is

In the above page, if I select the default option, the header of the page will be displayed as it is for the shared link Previously.
