Custom Cart, Checkout & Thanks templates not showing

Hi all,

I've just made templates for the Cart, Checkout and Thank You pages for WooCommerce using the template builder and unfortunately they're not displaying, instead falling back to the default versions.

I've ensured I have saved these properly in BeBuilder but even after flushing the cache the default ones appear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you sure that you set up your templates as a default view?

    BTW, we always suggest keeping all cache inactive until you finish working on your website. It prevents such situations to occur.

    Hi Phil,

    Weirdly it's started working!

    There's an issue with this particular website where whenever I make a template that BeBuilder doesn't ever load until I publish it first and I wondered if it was something to do with that (I've been working around it, but these templates left me stumped).

    It could be the cache issue.

    That is why we always suggest keeping all cache disabled until finishing working on the website.
