Page structure is broken

Your header does not have an offset active, but it overlays the content.
Edit your header template and in Settings set the Body offset for header to Yes:

But I couldn't find the section you wanted to specify, do you have a chance to show it in detail, we are still beginners.
Go to the Templates tab, find your header template (you can go to the Header subtab to narrow down number of templates), and edit your header template:
Go to Header settings (you might have them on the left side not on top as I am using different BeBuilder layout), and there you will find this setting:

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
