Custom Dynamic data
Hi,
We are looking for a way to create "dynamic data" with our own variables.
To use in the content blocks of TEXT components or wherever, in the same way we use {title:site}
We found that we can use custom ACF fields like this {acf:FIELD_NAME}, but we tried it, and works well if you define custom field applied to current post_type (Page, post, etc.)
We have defined with ACF plugin, "custom option field" called "site_phone", and we want to use it overall website sections and pages like dynamic data {title:site}
We have tried these solutions but doesn't work:
- {option:site_phone}
- We tried custom shortcode to show custom option field, like [optionfield field="site_phone"] and works to show the value, but outside betheme custom block format, with no styles and outside the context content.
There is a way to achieve this? With ACF plugin vars, or any other different way?
You know, phone number is a value that can be placed anywhere on the website, and it's a nightmare, try to found it to change when is necessary.
