can not show up video on firefox

we develop myhozio.com/phone , we found it can not show up videos, but other bowers works fine, should I adding some CSS code?

Hi,

you don't have format which is supported by Firefox and that's why videos does not work on FF.

You must upload video format which is supported by different browsers. In this case, you should use .ogv and .mp4 formats.
