I have used a header template and it works well on laptop and desktop but it disappears on tablet and mobile. Not sure why?

I want the burger menu only on mobile and table. Not on the rest of the options

Can you explain, what exactly doesn't work correctly on mobile? From what I can see, mobile menu works fine.
