When purchase auto add a product

Hi support,

When guest make purchase, but they did not select "Furinno Easy Mount Suction Universal...." this product. after check out, it auto add to their order. and I go to database, I cannot see this product with this price.

May I know how to solve it. please help. Urgent.

Hi,

Please do a test and activate some other theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, and check if the same thing happens.

When you do that, let me know about the results.

If the same thing happens with another theme, it means that it is not a theme-related issue.
