When I create a new section and save it. It doesn't exit. I want to edit it and it's impossible.
1- I create a new section
2- Section is created
3- When I save it. The new section doesn't exit.
I have tried a lot of times and it's impossible.
What can I do?.

With the link in last message I was able to finally access WP dashboard.
I could not find the page from your screenshot so I tested it on a random one, and it works properly:
