No I don´t mean the menu icons, I want to add social media icons with links (Facebook and Instagram) and search icon. How can do it?

With a header from theme options to place them where you pointed do as described in the article and assign appropiate social media link.

Search can be activated in Betheme -> Theme options -> Search -> Form.

For more customization options I suggest using Header Builder:

But back to social icons. You must add them as described in the article, along with a social media link:

Search Icon color can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header: Top Bar Right icon color:
