Subdomain activation license error.

I would like to enter the license key on a subdomain, but it gives me the following error: 'Purchase code already used'. Reading on your support site https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/theme-license, I saw that the license can also be used on subdomains.
At the moment, the license is installed on this domain: https://asve.archiviodistatovenezia.it, because I am building the site that will go to archiviodistatovenezia.it. I tried to insert the license on this subdomain: mostre.archiviodistatovenezia.it, but it gives me an error.

Indeed, the license can be used on a subdomain, but you need to register it on the main domain first.
When you register it on the main domain, you can do it on a subdomain.

No, the same license key must registered first on the main domain, and only then can it be used on subdomains.
Exceptions for this are staging domains that follows appropiate pattern:
