Does it not appear on the backend or on a live product page?
If you refer to the backend, open your template with BeBuilder:
Then open BeBuilder settings, and ensure that you have Builder Mode set to Live:
If you refer to live product page, please attach a link to one of your products.

I set the Builder Mode to Live，and then the bebuilder cannot load, i have tried to deactive all the plugins but it didn't work
