Registration of the theme license

contemporary artists – Zeitgenössische Kunst aus Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

I designed this website on the subdomain neu.contemporary-artists.de. Now it's finished and I've moved. Unfortunately, I forgot to deregister the theme license in the subdomain. I no longer have access to it. But re-registering on contemporary-artists.de does not work. What can I do?
