Banner Box element texts dont allign correctly

Hi!

After the update to version 28 i noticed that banner box element text wont allign as they should.

Here in the edit mode i have chosen text allign center, which show correct:

But after publishing and clearing the cache only the heading has moved to center:

Here's another example where the allign does nothing to text elements:
