hi,

I created a pop up to request the availability of a B&B... it should always be visible at the bottom (see images)... but I noticed that until you click it the menu remains deactivated. Can this be solved?

Try the following CSS code:

#mfn-popup-template-292{
 width: initial!important;
 height: initial!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

The popup builder was designed for slightly different purposes, and what you did is a workaround.

We have on our to-do list to create a builder for such floating badges/boxes, but we do not have ETA for that.

unfortunately it stopped working the pop up doesn't show up anymore I deleted the css script but nothing... I tried to create another completely different one you can't see where the problem could be?

can I give you the access?

Unfortunately the pop up problem came back when I translated the page ... so activating the pop up blocks the scrolling of the page ...

I opened it and published it to check it, and it seems to work properly:

Your english version of this popup also was set to Pending, and it had Brwoser scroll option disable.

I have enabled it:
