I have set up menus and layout and I am using the Empty: Subpage without Header option with the Onepage theme.

However, when the hidden menu opens up, the links to About, How it works etc., go to the actual page.

I want the links to stay on the front page - One page scroll.

What am I missing?

I want a one-page website like this:

I want a Onepage format. The header menu on my site currently opens up individual pages. I want the menu to open all content on the front page as in the demo.

I have done the following:

Settings> Reading> static page: home

Appearance> Options> Header: Empty

So instead of a menu link going to an individual page, I want the menu links to show content on the front page that can be scrolled down.

I hope you can help as I have tried to fix it but still don't know what is wrong.
