Yes, what you showed on the screenshot is the Main Menu, and the theme options setting refers to that area.
I found the login credentials you sent previously to your website and checked that.
You have the static CSS option enabled, which generates a file for styles from theme options, but something holds a cached version of this file. This is how it looks when the Static CSS option is disabled:
You have two caching plugins active and Cloudflare.
You must find which cache holds this file and purge it.
That is why we always suggest keeping all caches inactive until you finish working on your website. Also, there is no point in having three caching tools, and only one is completely enough.

now I've disabled Cloudflare, purge cache from others 2 cache plugins, and seems menu show well!
I'll explain my wish (if possible). I like the view of the single post as boxed, but only with a right sidebar (without space on the left). This is to have a darker general background color and a different content color. But the thing I love is the full space subheader, full page, which unfortunately by choosing the boxed solution appears the width of the content. Solution?
Do you have any examples showing what you are willing to achieve?
