Is it possible to dublicate custom header template?

and how can make header to be transparent?

You can use the YOAST Duplicat Post plugin from Betheme -> Plugins:

But you must have templates active in the plugin settings:

Also, after cloning the template, use Local CSS to regenerate files:

There is no option to download the templates only, and you would have to download the whole demo.
