New Theme won't let me add new pre-built sections

I am trying to create a new header using BeTheme's Templates. However, after I create a new template, it won't let me add a prebuilt section. When I click on "insert" it does it, but does not insert it. See this video:

The WP Engine caches were the root cause.
After purging it started to work properly.
We always suggest keeping caching tools disabled until you finish working on your website.

I do not know why you sent a new question through the contact form, but I will answer you here, as I do not handle the mailbox.
We purged the cache through the caching tool you have active on your website. I could send you a screenshot showing where we did that, but I no longer have access to your WP dashboard.
Regarding disabling the caching tool, if I remember correctly, it is installed by your hosting, and you should contact them to find out how to disable it for the time you make modifications and adjustments to your website.

Can you clarify what was meant by "purging' the the cache means? Is this the same as clearing the cache in WP Engine? Or did you do something in the FTP
Can you explain how you disabled caching tools?
1) We purged the cache through the tool you have active on your website.
2) As I mentioned in my previous message, the caching tool most probably comes from your hosting, and you should contact them to know how to disable it until you finish working on your website.
