More than one Table of Contents

Hi, I am trying to show several different sections of a book in the Book2 theme and want to separate the preface and glossary from the content.

As a solution, I added three "table of contents" to a single section and wrap for a unified look - no white space in between. I used different anchor HTML tags - different H1 to H6 headings - per "table".

How do I make each table of content title (each link) scroll to their respective content? At the moment only the top "table of content" works. The other two do not scroll up/down to their contents.
