Icons Showing Up As Chinese Symbols on some pages

Hello, I'm having trouble with icons-- they are showing up as Chinese symbols on my website. This only occurs when I'm NOT logged into Wordpress. So whenever the client views the site, they keep reporting that the icons don't work.

I see some forums here talking about CORS support and I have no idea what this means or how it works. Do these icons not work without pulling in some external support?

Ok. This problem is related with CORS library which was not enable on your side. You can see it on http://pasteboard.co/WtKi7TA.png

In this case, only your host administrator will be able to help you. More information about this library you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html

I am having the same issue, could you please check to see if that's the case with http://www.mccabefamilydentistry.ca/

Also to fix this do I just add "Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *" to the custom JavaScript section?

The issue is with Internet Explorer version 9.0.8112.16421

@redtraininc We have checked your site in different browsers (including IE9) and we do not see any weird characters. Maybe it was temporary issue?

The client is still seeing the attached screen shot. The social links and office hours (with green background on the right) are missing. Any ideas?

We have no ideas because as we wrote you before, on our side all works fine what you can see in http://pasteboard.co/2i5tBwHs.png (it's IE9).
