Unable to register theme after migrating to new staging environment
Hello,
We have recently migrated our website to a new staging environment for development purposes:
http://188.166.0.219:7777/marinapp.co
The final production domain will be marinapp.co.
Before the migration, we deactivated the license on the old environment. However, we are now unable to register the theme again on the new staging environment. It shows a registration error even though the license was properly released.
Could you please assist us in reactivating the license for this new environment?
For your convenience, here is the temporary WP Admin login:
Thank you in advance.

Hello!
If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or, most importantly, want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
There, you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.
Thanks
Hello again,
Thank you for your response.
We have already followed the steps in the license tool you shared. The previous domain was successfully deregistered, and we see the license listed as available. However, when we try to register the license on our new staging environment (http://188.166.0.219:7777/marinapp.co), the process gets stuck on the loading screen and does not complete.
We have waited and tried multiple times, cleared cache, changed browsers — the issue persists. It seems like a technical problem on the registration process itself.
Could you please investigate this?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Please open the browser console during registration and check if there are any errors.
If you see any attach screenshot/s showing error/s.
Thanks
We’ve just tested the registration process again and opened the browser console during the attempt.
There is indeed a console error, and the registration process remains stuck on the loading screen.
I have removed your screenshot as it contains your license key.
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I received your private message, but you did not send WP dashboard access.
Please send another message with complete information.
Moreover, you can additionally attach your license key.

The root cause is that your domain is misconfigured.
In the WP settings, you have the URL address set to http://marinapp.co, while the actual one is http://188.166.0.219:7777/marinapp.co/wp-admin.
You should contact your hosting provider and domain provider to configure it properly and correct the addresses in the database.
