Mobile Scroll Bug Caused by Footer Template
Hi,
I’m currently experiencing a serious issue with the theme: on mobile devices, scrolling is blocked for a few seconds when any page loads. The site becomes unresponsive during that time, which creates a very poor user experience.
After thorough testing, I’ve identified that the issue is directly caused by the Footer template.
When I disable the Footer, the problem disappears entirely. When I re-enable it, the issue comes back — consistently and across all pages of the site.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact problem within the footer template itself (no obvious JS errors or CSS conflicts detected on my side).
Could you please take a look or advise how to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Thanks
Hi,
Here is the link to the site in question: https://ccc46.fr/
The issue is only visible on mobile devices.
Thanks in advance,
Rémy
I had to test it on BrowserStack, as I can set the network throttle there and see how it behaves with a slower connection.
During the tests, I noticed no issues with the website scrolling on mobile. See the following recording:
