POPUP DOESN'T WORK

Good afternoon,

I created a template to create a popup, but the link doesn't work. When I press the button in the service where it's linked, the page refreshes and the popup doesn't appear. How do I fix this?

This first popup is designed to link to the services button in the cultural management section. I want to create several, so I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong.

    HI,

    I did it as you told me, but now the page doesnt't recognize de ID (but I have copied the same ID from the pop-up template when I created. It is a common error? What I'm doing wrong?.
