Sticky header menu, on Mobile

The sticky header menu is not working on mobile — I’ve tried everything. Please support!

It works on desktop and tablets; it’s only on mobile that it’s not working.

    Important detail: The sticky header menu works perfectly on desktops and tablets,

    but only on mobile, the dark theme background disappears.

    Hi,

    Please do not share your dashboard access or license key on the forum, as others can see them.

    Head to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header, and ensure that you do not have the Transparent option checked:
