CSS-Error - Contents disapear, layout transformed to boxed
Hi There,
I am developing this website https://clara-tegtmeyer.de (PW: RTT2025#Muenchen) and all of the sudden the Layout changed and content disapeared after making a small text and background-image changes.
The Layout should look like this: https://clara-tegtmeyer.de/effizienz-coaching
But was transformed to this: https://clara-tegtmeyer.de/coaching-angebot (boxed and missig a lot of contents in the front and backend).
Could you please help me find the error?
Many thanks and best regards,
Daniel

Hi Phil,
Thanks for your quick response – the credentials are already on the way.

Your SVG files are corrupted.
I restored the revision for the broken page, removed all SVG files, and the page was saved correctly.
I suggest regenerating these files and double-checking them while using them on the website. We use Figma to generate SVGs and have never had problems with them.
Best regards
Hi Phil,
That did the job – allthough I still don´t understand why the SVG suddenly became corrupted. They were in use for weeks now without a problem.
But I do remeber restoring the thumbnails via the BeTheme tools... could that have caused the problems? If so, you might want to have a look into it.
For now – mission accomplished.
Many thanks once again.
Best regards,
Daniel
Can you tell me what program you use to generate SVGs, please?
Thanks
Hi Phil,
At first I just exported them from Adobe Illustrator with the "export for screen" function.
My second attempt was saving them as Adobe Illustrator files (.ai) and then convert them through https://convertio.co/de/ai-svg/. This often helps with complex SVGs with many vectors... as sometimes the export from Illustrator corrupts the vectors, specially when using typography, like in a logo or similar.
Hope this brings some insights.
Best regards,
Daniel
I have tested it with Adobe Illustrator SVG file, and it worked correctly for me.
Anyway we will keep an eye on this, and try to reproduce this issue.
Best regards
👍🏼
Sure, Phil.
Basically all author information – the company doesn´t want to have the names of the employees who created the posts to appear openly on the website, as this way they can be found on google.
See the screenshots attached:
Does this help?
Many thanks and best regards,
