Can't update

in Revolution Slider

Hi, I can't update Revolution Slider, I currently have Version 6.4.6. When I try to modify the slider I have an Ajax error. I bought the theme like a month ago. Can you help? Thanks.

    Hi, yes I tried this way as well, while I don't have an error and the button goes from update to active, when I go check the current version it's still the same.

    Please try to uninstall the Slider Revolution and install it again.
