Product options and add to cart button

Tried to enable "cart button extra option" but with no success. I mean it helps with one thing (field with options is wider) but ruins another (quantity field is separated to "add to cart" button") .

Below you can see a simple illustration how it should looks like. What can I do?

    Hello,

    The site has limited access as it is still under construction. I mean you can see the site only after login. Should I send you login details to see that issue? Via themeforest contact form?
