Asunto: Solicitud para desregistrar licencia antigua de BeTheme

Hola equipo de soporte de BeTheme,

Compré una nueva licencia de BeTheme para un nuevo sitio web, pero al migrar la base de datos desde el sitio anterior, la instalación actual pareciera que sigue vinculada a la licencia antigua.

El botón “Deregister Theme” no funciona desde el panel de WordPress.

Estoy usando la licencia anterior en otro dominio por lo cual adquiri una nueva y quiero asegurarme de que el nuevo sitio esté correctamente vinculado a la nueva clave.

¿Podrían ayudarme a verificar que mi nueva licencia si se encuentra correctamente vinculada mi dominio es https://aqua-tiger-492721.hostingersite.com/ ?


Quedo atenta a la respuesta por parte de ustedes, y si esto impide que mi sitio se migre adecuadamente, ya que actualmente las interfaces no se visualizan igual aunque ya migre el theme options
