Menu sticky and reveal on-scroll (up)

Hi There,

I am starting a new project with the BeTheme and the client asked me if it was possible to hide the sticky menu and only reveal it on-scroll up.

This is the example he showed me as reference: https://arkitect-template.framer.website/blog/the-influence-of-modern-architecture

Would this be possible in the BeTheme? Or do you know of any plugin, that would do this for me?
